  • Nature of the soils: Sandy, chalky and covered with rolled pebbles
  • Varieties: Grenache 70%, Syrah 20%, Mourvedre 10%
  • Alcohol by vol.: 15°
  • Annual production: 50 000 bottles.
  • Ageing: 8 to 10 years in cellar
  • Wine-making techniques:
      The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand. The vinification is made through a traditional process with a maceration time from 18 to 21 days. The wine is aged during 8 months (50% in oak barrels and 50% in tanks).
  • Tasting notes:
      The wine is characterized by a lovely deep purple and even colour. It has an intense and complex nose, marked by aromas of black and red fruits. The finish is extremely long. This wine is best served at 18-19°C and pairs well with red meat, grilled or in sauce, and with cheese.
