  • Nature of the soils:Sandy and chalky
  • Varieties: Grenache blanc 50%, Bourboulenc 30%, Clairette 20%.
  • Alcohol by vol.: 14,5°
  • Annual production: 20 000 bottles.
  • Ageing: 2 to 3 years in cellar
  • Wine-making techniques:
      The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand. The pressuring is carried out after a maceration time from 12 to 24 hours according to the variety of the grape. The temperature during the fermentation process is kept steady at 16°C.
  • Tasting notes:
      This wine has a pleasant and subtle pink colour. It reveals an intense bouquet that gives off hightly seductive aromas of red fruits and candies. The main character of this fresh wine is the balanced aromatic taste and a generous feeling on the palate. This wine is best served at a temperature close to 10-12°C and perfectly pairs with white meat, and with Mediterranean and Oriental cuisine. Enjoy it for the aperitive as well.
